摘  要:高职建筑设计专业“双元培育”人才培养模式改革实践中,形成“双主体”协同育人的长效机制,探索并实施“联盟牵动、双元培育、多岗契合、个性发展”人才培养模式,进行科学的设计与扎实的试点,构建“岗位能力渐进式”的课程体系,实施“工学交替多循环”的人才培养,完善校内外实训基地建设,打造“双导师”团队,为高职院校人才培养模式改革提供方法与路径.In the practice of the reform of the"dual cultivation"talent training mode of Architectural Design Specialty in higher vocational colleges,a long-term mechanism of"dual-subject"collaborative education has been formed.The talent training mode of"alliance-driven,dual cultivation,multi-post combination and personality development"has been explored and implemented,scientific design and solid pilot projects have been carried out,and the"gradual development of post competence"has been constructed.The curriculum system of"type"should implement the"work-study alternation and multi-cycle"talent cultivation,improve the construction of training bases inside and outside the school,and build a"double-mentor"team,so as to provide methods and paths for the reform of talent cultivation mode in higher vocational colleges.
