摘　　要：应用性创新师资队伍建设,是提升高校办学能力,促进创新思维在高校建设当中,全面应用的重要方法。基于此,本文首先介绍了基于卓越计划建设应用型创新师资队伍的相关内容,其次,分析基于卓越计划的应用型创新师资队伍建设要点与难点,最后,从对策入手,分析建设路径。The construction of applied innovative teachers is an important way to improve the ability of running a school and promote the comprehensive application of innovative thinking in the construction of colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper first introduces the relevant content of the construction of applied innovative teachers based on the excellence plan.Secondly,it analyses the key points and difficulties of the construction of applied innovative teachers based on the excellence plan.Finally,starting with the countermeasures,it analyses the construction path.
