摘　　要：全球化的趋势对教育带来的迫切目标就是不仅要给学生传授知识而且要培养具有全球化意识的公民。学前教育作为启蒙教育在培养儿童的全球化意识方面具有非常重要的意义。本文以儿童第二语言(以英语为例)的习得有关理论为指导,通过对东营市东营区幼儿园双语教育目前的发展情况进行研究,对双语教育发展中出现的问题进行分析,提出合理可行的解决方案。The urgent goal of education brought about by the trend of globalization is not only to impart knowledge to students,but also to cultivate citizens with global awareness.As an enlightenment education,preschool education plays a very important role in cultivating children's global awareness.Guided by the theory of children's second language acquisition(taking English as an example),this paper studies the current development of bilingual education in kindergartens in Dongying District,Don-gying City,and analyses the problems in the development of bilingual education,and puts forward reasonable and feasible so-lutions.
