抑郁症自杀患者人格与应对方式的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁症自杀患者与无自杀患者人格与应对方式的差异,并分析人格与应对方式的相关性。方法采用一般情况调查表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HRSD)、自杀意念自评量表(SIOSS)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)及简易应对方式(SCSQ)对新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院临床心理科住院并愿意接受研究的93例抑郁症患者进行调查。结果抑郁症自杀组的艾森克人格问卷精神质、神经质因子分(54.46±10.45,67.95±9.22)显著高于无自杀组(48.25±3.83,61.11±7.60,P<0.05);外向-内向、掩饰因子分(45.75±11.87,48.75±9.05)显著低于无自杀组(51.22±13.11、52.75±9.10,P<0.05);抑郁症自杀组积极应对因子分(13.11±5.56)显著低于无自杀组(18.11±5.69,P<0.05);抑郁症自杀组精神质、神经质与积极应对因子呈负相关(P<0.05),外向-内向与积极应对因子呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症自杀患者情绪更不稳定、性格更内向、掩饰性更大,且更容易采取极端方式解决问题,积极应对方式更少。Objective To discuss the differences of the personality and coping styles between patients with depression and having tendency to commit suicide,which were called suicidal patients and patients with depression and having no tendency to commit suicide,which were called non-suicidal patients,and to analyze the correlations between personality and coping styles.Methods 93 patients with depression in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital are all investigated with general questionnaire,HRSD,SIOSS,EPQ and SCSQ questionnaire.Results The neuroticism and psychoticism scores of suicidal patients(54.46±10.45,67.95±9.22)were significantly higher than those of non-suicidal patients(48.25±3.83,61.11±7.60,P<0.05);The scores of extroversion-introversion and conceal factors in suicidal patients(45.75±11.87,48.75±9.05)were significantly lower than those in non-suicidal patients(51.22±13.11,52.75±9.10,P<0.05);The scores of positive coping index in suicidal patients(13.11±5.56)were significantly lower than those in non-suicidal patients(18.11±5.69,P<0.05).The psychoticism and neuroticism in suicidal patients had negatively correlated with the positive coping index(P<0.05).The extrovert-introvert of suicidal patients had positively correlated with the positive coping index.Conclusion The suicidal patients with depression are severer in stubborn,unstabler in emotion,more introverted in personality and more lies than non-suicidal patients.And also it is more easily to take extreme ways to solve the problem,with less positive coping styles.
