摘　　要：当今人们置身于一个多元文化发展的时代。在这种社会背景下,如何高效地与拥有不同文化背景的人交流,如何提高跨文化交际能力是时代性课题。该文以“以和为贵”的文化为切入点,从日本的社交礼仪和日本“以和为贵”文化形成的背景来探讨日本文化对跨文化交际的影响。Nowadays, people are living in an era of multicultural development. It is of importance that how to communicate with people effectively on different cultural backgrounds and how to improve intercultural communication ability. Starting from the culture of "harmonious relations",this paper discusses about "harmonious relations" on intercultural communication from Japanese social etiquette and its culture backgrounds.
