血清微小RNA-451对食管癌放化疗效果评估价值  

Value of Serum Micro RNA-451 in Efficacy Evaluation for Patients with Esophageal Cancer Undergoing Radiochemotherapy

摘　　要：[目的]探讨血清微小RNA-451对食管癌的诊断及放化疗效果评估价值。[方法]选择食管癌患者60例(病例组)及同时间段内进行健康体检者60名(对照组),分析血清微小RNA-451与食管癌临床病理特征的相关性及对放化疗效果的评估价值。[结果]治疗前病例组患者血清微小RNA-451表达水平高于对照组(t=11.674,P<0.001)。有淋巴转移患者的血清微小RNA-451表达水平高于无淋巴转移者(t=-5.378,P<0.001),临床分期高的患者血清微小RNA-451表达水平高于临床分期低的患者(t=-5.740,P<0.001)。经过治疗后,所有患者的血清微小RNA-451表达水平均降低,其中完全缓解、部分缓解、稳定组患者与治疗前相比,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.297,6.610,3.204;P均<0.05),而进展组与治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.725,P=0.489),患者的治疗效果与血清微小RNA-451表达水平下降的幅度之间呈现正相关(r=0.729,P<0.05)。[结论]血清微小RNA-451可进行食管癌患者治疗效果的评估。[Objective] To assess the application of serum micro RNA-451 in diagnosis and efficacy evaluation for patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiochemotherapy. [Methods] Sixty patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiochemotherapy were and 60 healthy subjects(control group)were recruited in the study. The value of serum miRNA-451 in diagnosis and efficacy evaluation for esophageal cancer patients was analyzed. [Results] The expression level of serum miRNA-451 in cancer patients was higher than that in control group before treatment(t=11.674,P<0.05). The expression of miRNA-451 in patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in the patients without lymph node metastasis(t=-5.378,P<0.001),and the miRNA-451 expression in patients with advance clinical stage was higher than that in patients with early stage(t=-5.740,P<0.001). After treatment,the expression levels of miRNA-451 in CR,PR and SD patients were significantly decreased(t=5.297,6.610,3.204,all P<0.05),while that in PD patients was not significantly changed(t=0.725,P=0.489). There was a positive correlation between the therapeutic effect and the decrease of serum miRNA-451 level(r=0.729,P<0.05). [Conclusion ] Serum miRNA-451 may be used as a marker for the therapeutic effect of patients.
