摘  要:提出一种考虑实际工况与环境因素的光伏逆变器综合寿命预测方法。对光伏逆变器一年内实际运行中的光照强度及温度采样值进行处理作为任务剖面,利用二重傅里叶级数得到器件的电流频谱幅值,即转换后的电流任务剖面;将电流任务剖面作为输入,基于电热模型与寿命模型对中小功率光伏逆变器中低可靠性器件,如功率半导体开关管和电解电容进行寿命预测,最终得到光伏逆变器的综合寿命。预测结果符合光伏逆变器5~10 a寿命的实际运行情况。An integrated lifetime prediction method considering practical conditions and environmental factors of PV inverter is proposed. Considering the processed samples of light intensity and temperature in the actual operation of the photovoltaic inverter during one year as the mission profile,the current spectrum amplitude of the device i.e. the converted current task profile is obtained by the double Fourier series. Based on the electro-thermal model and the lifetime model to predict the lifetime of low reliability devices in the medium and small power photovoltaic inverter,for example,the power semiconductor switch and the electrolytic capacitor are predicted,the integrated lifetime of the PV inverter is obtained finally. The prediction lifetime is agreement with the actual operation of the PV inverter.
