摘  要:近年来,伴随社会进步及经济发展,创新驱动发展战略及信息技术持续成熟,社会对于人才培养质量要求也更为严格。与普通高校相比,高职院校双创人才培养以创新型人才培养模式及创新创业实践活动为主要载体,着重强调树立学生创新意识,增强学生创新创业能力,而现代化解读传统工匠精神能优化双创人才培养模式。该文以高职院校双创人才培养为切入点,分析其现存问题,进一步提出具体的工匠精神融合培养要点,旨在为相关从业人员积累更多的实践经验。In recent years,with social progress and economic development,innovation-driven development strategy and information technology continue to mature,and the quality of talent training is also more stringent.Compared with ordinary colleges and universities,the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in higher vocational colleges takes innovative talents cultivation mode and innovative entrepreneurship practice as the main carrier,emphasizing on fostering students'innovative consciousness and enhancing students'innovative and entrepreneurial ability,while modern interpretation of traditional craftsman spirit can optimize the cultivation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.Based on the training of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyses the existing problems,and further puts forward specific training points of artisan spirit integration,aiming at accumulating more practical experience for relevant practitioners.
