摘  要:改革开放以来,高校教学评估无论就观念,还是政策抑或实践,均取得了明显进步。进入新时代,一些重要的认识问题需要进一步厘清,许多实践问题需要进一步探索。其中,适应并促进高等教育治理体系及治理能力现代化、引导高校分类办学特色发展、切实推动高校办学水平和教学质量提升,即共治、分类和增效,既是考察衡量高校教学评估发展、变迁和进步的三个向度,也是面向新时代深入推进高校教学评估制度改革和完善的三个向度。Teaching evaluation in higher education has made remarkable progress in terms of concept,policy and practice since the reform and opening-up.However,after entering the new era,there are still some important cognitive problems to be further clarified and many practical problems to be further explored,among which,adapting to and promoting the modernization of higher education governance system and governance ability,guiding a reasonable classification of colleges and universities and guiding different higher education institutions to develop with their own features,and effectively enhancing school-running level and teaching quality,i.e.,cogovernance,classification and effectiveness enhancement,are not only the three aspects of measuring the development,change and progress of teaching evaluation in higher education institutions,but also the three dimensions of deepening the reform and improvement of the teaching evaluation system in the new age.
