西部高校涉外型创新人才培养路径研究——以长安大学道桥专业人才培养为例

摘　　要：国家“走出去”战略驱动和海外工程项目市场需求强劲,中国企业在海外释放出巨大建设潜力的同时,势必也对既懂技术管理又熟悉世界商务语言和国际规则的复合型人才提出迫切需求。涉外型人才培养的核心要求是利用国际化教育手段,进而促进传统本科教育培养方式的改变。长安大学道桥专业通过多年探索,通过三个途径培养复合型涉外人才培养体系,即多层次的中外联合培养项目、培养核心能力的国际工程班实践和高层次的中外合作办学项目。通过构建全方位的涉外型人才培养体系,以人才培养为抓手,服务“一带一路”倡议,提升本科人才培养质量,支持“一流学科”建设。Driven by the national strategy of"going out"and the strong demand of overseas project market,Chinese enterprises have released huge construction potential overseas,but at the same time,they are bound to put forward an urgent demand for compound talents who are familiar with both technology management and world business language and international rules.The core requirement of training foreign-related talents is to use international educational means to promote the change of traditional undergraduate education training methods.Through years of exploration,Chang'an University's road and bridge major has trained a compound foreign-related personnel training system through three ways,namely,multi-level joint training projects between China and foreign countries,international engineering class practice to cultivate core competence and high-level Sino-foreign cooperative school-running projects.Through the construction of a comprehensive training system for foreign-related talents,taking the training of talents as the starting point,we will serve the"One belt and one road"initiative,improve the quality of undergraduate training and support the construction of"First-class disciplines".
