摘　　要：教师职业道德直接影响着教育效果与教学质量,马克思主义思想为提高教师职业道德修养指明了方向。该文从马克思主义思想出发,对教师职业道德建设进行思考与探索。Teachers'professional ethics directly affects the educational effect and teaching quality,Marxist thought points out the direction for improving the cultivation of teachers'professional ethics.Based on Marxism thought,this paper thinks and explores teachers'professional ethics.
