阿尔茨海默病患者血清VEGF、S100B、sCD40的表达水平及其与认知功能损害的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、血清S100B蛋白、血清可溶性CD40(s CD40)的表达水平及其与患者认知功能损害的关系。方法将2016年3月至2018年5月在我院诊治的AD患者90例设为AD组,将同期在我院进行健康体检的对象90例设为对照组。检测比较两组研究对象的血清VEGF水平、S100B水平、s CD40水平;对AD患者进行简明精神状态量表(MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表(MoCA)评分,对患者的血清VEGF、S100B、s CD40水平与其MMSE、MoCA评分的关系进行Pearson相关分析。结果AD组患者的S100B、s CD40水平均显著高于对照组健康体检者,VEGF水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AD患者的MMSE评分平均为(23.6±4.1)分,MoCA评分平均为(23.2±3.7)分;AD患者的MMSE、MoCA评分与其血清VEGF水平均呈正相关(P<0.05),与其S100B蛋白水平均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论AD患者的发病可能与其VEGF的表达水平降低,S100B和s CD40的表达水平升高有一定的关系,检测VEGF、S100B水平有助于评估AD患者的病情。Objective To investigate the expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),serum S100 B protein,serum soluble CD40(s CD40)and their relationships with cognitive impairment in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods A total of 90 AD patients treated in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2018 were selected as AD group,meanwhile,90 objects underwent the physical examination in our hospital during the same periods were selected as control group.Serum VEGF level,S100 B level,and s CD40 level of the two groups were detected and compared.The patients with AD were assessed with the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA).Pearson correlation analysis was performed on the relationship between the serum VEGF level,S100 B level,s CD40 level and their MMSE score,MoCA score.Results The levels of S100 B and s CD40 in the AD group were significantly higher than those in physical examinators of the control group,whereas the VEGF level was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average MMSE score of AD patients was(23.6±4.1),and the average MoCA score was(23.2±3.7).The MMSE and MoCA scores of AD patients were positively correlated with serum VEGF levels(P<0.05),while they had a negative correlation with S100 B protein level(P<0.05).Conclusion Incidence of AD patients may be related to the decrease of the expression level of VEGF and the increase of the expression levels of S100 B and s CD40.The detection of VEGF and S100 B levels may be helpful to evaluate the condition of AD patients.
