摘　　要：决策支持分析工具与医院的基础业务系统建设息息相关,是医院信息化很重要的一部分功能,探讨医院运营管理与决策支持系统的建设思路,将医院现有的数据转化为知识,探讨决策支持模型设计、运营数据中心模型、ETL设计、自由分析等关键技术在医院业务中的落地,结合江苏省人民医院的应用实例,展现医院商业智能系统(BI)的关键特征指标(KPI)报表、智能仪表盘、短信通知及移动应用,时时观察医院、科室运营,提供医院运营管理的信息化解决思路,提高医院科室管理效率,为管理层提供决策依据。The decision support analysis tool is closely related to the hospital basic information system construction. It is very important to hospital information. This paper discusses the construction ideas of the hospital operation management and decision support system, transforms the existing data in the hospital into knowledge, and discusses key technologies like decision support model design, operational data warehouse model, ETL design, free analysis and etc. Combining with the application examples of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital, show the key characteristics indicators(KPI), Intelligent dashboards, SMS notifications and mobile applications of the hospital business intelligence system(BI) system, constantly observe the operation of hospitals and departments, provide information-based solutions for hospital operation management, improve the management efficiency of hospital departments, and provide decision-making basis for management.
