摘 要:针对微波组件高度集成化需求,在微波多层板中设计了Ka频段的带状线功分器,研究了带状线和微带线之间的过渡连接方式。通过ADS和HFSS软件联合进行仿真,在22~37 GHz频带范围内,设计的带状线功分器插入损耗约为-3.6 dB,回波损耗小于-15 dB,隔离度小于-15 dB。通过研究带状线在多层板中的高频应用,解决了微波信号和低频信号叠加布线问题,利于组件小型化设计。For the high integration requirements of microwave components,stripline power divider at Ka-band based on microwave multilayer board is designed,and also the method of microstrip line-to-stripline transition connection is studied.The ADS and HFSS jointly simulated results show that in the range of 22~37 GHz,the insertion loss of designed stripline power divider is about-3.6 dB,the return loss is less than-15 dB,and the isolation is less than-15 dB.This HF application of stripline in the multilayer board can solve the cross wiring problem of microwave signal and low frequency signal,and it will be useful in the miniaturized design.
