摘  要:目的随着互联网在医院信息化建设中的应用,探讨当前形势下门诊就诊流程改造的新模式。方法依托医院现有的信息化系统(HIS)平台,与银行系统、社保系统、卫计委平台、第三方支付系统实现互联互通,设计了预约挂号、自助挂号、自助取号、自助结算、诊间结算、自助打印,电子药柜等多项功能。结果实现预约挂号方式线上化、支付方式多样化、取单方式自助化、药师配方前置化。结论门诊数字化服务缩短了患者非医疗时间,提升了医疗服务水平,提高了患者满意度,是医院信息化建设的必然趋势。Objective To explore the novel mode of outpatient medical process reform against the background of applying Internet technology in hospital informationalization.Methods The hospital information system(HIS)was connected with the banking system,social insurance system,Wei Planning Commission platform,the third party payment system to achieve the functions of appointment registration,self-registration,self-service number,self-service settlement,consultation settlement,self-service printing,and electronic medicine cabinets.Results The appointment registration mode was realized,the payment method was diversified,the single way selfservice was made,and the pharmacist formula was predefined.Conclusion Outpatient digital service shortens the non-medical time for patients,improves the level of medical service,as well as the satisfaction of patients,and this is the inevitable trend of hospital informationalization.
