摘  要:对于电厂超低排放中的低温、高湿、低浓度烟气,采用光散射法对烟气颗粒物浓度进行在线连续监测,测量结果受湿度影响较大。为控制烟气湿度,提高光散射检测精度,设计了一套烟气预处理装置,对待测气体进行加热除湿。通过模拟燃煤电厂的烟道环境,在实验室测试了预处理装置的作用,并在某电厂现场测试了预处理装置的适应性。实验室测试结果显示,通过该装置处理后的检测结果与基于手工采样称重法的检测结果相比,测量误差最大值均在6%以内。电厂现场测试结果显示,当预处理装置将待测烟气加热到130~140℃时,检测出的烟气颗粒物浓度与现场手工采样的烟气颗粒物浓度基本一致。For low-temperature,high-humidity and low-concentration flue gas in ultra-low emission of power plant,the measurement results of the light scattering method adopted to continuously on-line monitoring the concentration of flue gas particles are greatly affected by humidity.In order to control the humidity of flue gas and improve the precision of light scattering detection,a flue gas pretreatment device is designed.The device is used to heat the gas under measure and reduce its humidity.By simulating the flue environment of a coal-fired power plant,the function of the pretreatment device is tested in the laboratory,and the adaptability of the pretreatment device is field tested in a power plant.The laboratory test results show that,compared with the test results based on the manual sampling weighing method,the maximum measurement error is within 6%.The field test results of the power plant show that when the flue gas to be measured is heated to 130~140℃by the pretreatment device,the detected concentration of flue gas particles is basically consistent with the concentration of flue gas particles manually sampled in the site.
