摘 要:在白内障术前对散光矫正型人工晶状体的轴位进行标记时,术者常采用传统标记方法,如:裂隙灯显微镜下水平标记、直视下手动标记等方法。近年来,随着飞秒激光辅助系统、导航系统等设备的不断发展,进一步完善了散光矫正型人工晶状体的标记方法,有助于提高该人工晶状体植入轴位的精准性,本文就白内障手术植入散光矫正型人工晶状体轴位标记方法研究方面的进展进行综述。Traditional labeling methods such as horizontal labeling under slit lamp microscope and manual marking under direct vision are often used for axial position labeling method of astigmatism corrected toric intraocular lens before cataract operation.In recent years,the marking approach of the toric intraocular lens has further been improved as the aided system of femtosecond laser and navigation system and other related system constantly develop,which is beneficial to enhance the accuracy of implanted position for the toric intraocular lens.As for cataract surgery’s way of marking position in implanting the toric intraocular lens position of astigmatic correction,this article will comprehensively sum up the process of research aspects.
