居民卫生服务利用行为动态监测方案的设计及试点研究

摘　　要：目的探讨居民卫生服务利用行为监测方案的设计及实施。方法通过不等概率分层抽样,共抽取400户家庭参与研究,城乡各200户。监测频率为每两周一次(共6次)。随访方式有入户、电话、自填及自报。监测内容包括居民卫生服务利用,以及居民、工作人员、相关专家对方案及其实施的评估与反馈。结果试点研究顺利开展,验证了研究方案、内容、实施方面的经验。结论试点研究验证了监测方案及其实施的可行性,为将来设计针对居民卫生服务利用行为常规监测的方案和实施奠定了基础。Objective To design and implement a surveillance program for health services use behaviors among community-dwelling residents. Methods A total of 400 families(200 in city communities and 200 in rural villages) were selected by non-probability sampling. Data on health services use of all participants were collected by interviews or phones every two weeks(6 times in total). Feedbacks from participants, program staffs and advisory committees were collected as well. Results This surveillance program had been implemented smoothly, implementation experience was gained. Conclusion This pilot study validates the feasibility and practicality of this surveillance program among community-dwelling residents in China and laid a foundation for the design and implementation of routine monitoring of residential health service utilization behavior in the future.
