摘　　要：为让医疗机构、居民以最低成本的方式,方便、快捷获得支付服务,结合区域卫生信息发展状况和医疗卫生服务需求,建立了区域统一支付平台,配合"健康静安"系列平台,优化就诊流程,为区域内医疗卫生和健康服务领域便民、惠民提供了有力的支撑。In order to make the medical institutions and residents get payment services conveniently and quickly at the lowest cost,combined with the dema nd of medical and health services and the development of regional health information,a regional unified payment platform has been constructed to optimize the treatment process with the"Healthy Jingan"series of platforms.It provides a strong support and benefits people in the area with good health services.
