基于临床知识库的电子病历智能化应用研究

摘　　要：某医院利用人工智能和病历后结构化技术,基于临床决策支持系统(CDSS)实现了医疗数据的整合和临床知识库的智能构建,并无缝集成到电子病历中,在不影响医生书写的前提下,实现了电子病历的智能应用。By using artificial intelligence technology and post-structuring data process, the clinical decision support system(CDSS) which embedded into EMRs consolidated patient data and constructed knowledge base. Clinical application of intelligent EMRs came true without affecting doctor’s data input.
