摘 要:目的研究基于信息集成平台的患者主索引建立方法,有效推进医院信息互联互通建设。方法通过分析患者主索引身份数据标准、PIX核心算法,研究患者主索引同步机制、合并机制,改造现有业务系统,实现全院患者的统一管理。结果建立了统一的患者身份认证体系,实现患者多ID智能匹配,提升了医疗系统互联互通程度。结论患者主索引的建立有效联通了医院业务系统的临床诊疗数据,为建立互联互通平台、持续提高医疗服务质量奠定了坚实基础。Objective Based on information integration platform, the construction method of Enterprise Master Patient Index are studied to realize the interconnection and intercommunication of the hospital information. Method By analyzing the data standard of Enterprise Master Patient Index and PIX core algorithm, the synchronization mechanism and merger mechanism of the Enterprise Master Patient Index are studied to realize unified management of patients in the hospital. Result An unified patient identity authentication system was established to realize intelligent matching patients with multiple ID and improve the interconnection of medical systems. Conclusion The establishment of Enterprise Master Patient Index effectively connects the clinical diagnosis and treatment data of hospital system and builds the foundation for establishing an interconnected platform and improving the quality of medical service continuously.
