摘  要:工匠型人才是具有现代一流技艺、工匠精神与重大技术创新发明的高技能尖兵,发挥着承载工业记忆,传承工业技术文化的重要作用,是全面实施中国制造、中国创造的主力军。作为工匠人才的典型代表,芙蓉工匠是具有湖南人特质,有工匠精神,有精湛技艺,有创新本领的高技能人才。目前芙蓉工匠教育发展仍然面临教育内容不清晰、教育能力不适应、教育政策不完善以及教育体制不健全等内外源困境。由此提出应以职业需求为导向,实现培养内容突破;以强化质量为内核,实现培养能力突破;以提升绩效为目标,实现培养政策突破及以协同治理为路径,实现培养体制突破等策略来破除现有发展困境。Artisan-type talents are high-skilled talents with modern first-class skills, craftsmanship and major technological innovations. They play an important role in bearing industrial memory and inheriting industrial technology culture. They are the main force for the full implementation of Chinese manufacturing and Chinese creation. As a typical representative of craftsman talents, Furong craftsmen are highly skilled personnel with the characteristics of Hunan people, craftsmanship, exquisite skills and innovative skills. At present, the development of Furong artisan education still faces internal and external dilemmas such as unclear educational content, unsuitable educational ability, imperfect educational policies, and imperfect educational system. It is urgent to realize the breakthrough in the development of Furong craftsman education. Therefore, it is proposed that we should take the professional demand as the guide and realize the breakthrough of training content;strengthen the quality as the core and realize the breakthrough of training ability;aim at improving performance, realize the policy breakthrough and the path of collaborative governance, and realize the strategy of training system breakthrough.
