摘  要:甲状腺癌复发率较高。随着甲状腺癌发病率的升高,其复发再次手术的患者也逐年增多。手术区域原有解剖结构的破坏、瘢痕结缔组织的增生、甲状旁腺和喉返神经难以辨别等因素增加了再次手术的难度,导致术后并发症的发生率升高。纳米碳作为一种新型淋巴示踪剂,具有辨识度高、染色时间长、淋巴示踪精准等特点,可精准定位可疑淋巴结,提高甲状腺癌再次手术中转移淋巴结的清除率,减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者生命质量。The recurrence rate of thyroid cancer is high. With the increase of the incidence of thyroid cancer,the number of patients with recurrence and reoperation has been increasing year by year. The destruction of the original anatomical structure in the surgical area,the hyperplasia of scar connective tissue,the difficulty of distinguishing parathyroid gland and recurrent laryngeal nerve and other factors increase the difficulty of reoperation,leading to the increased incidence of postoperative complications. As a new type of lymphatic tracer,carbon nanoparticle has the characteristics of high identification,long staining time and accurate lymphatic tracing,which can precisely locate suspected lymph nodes,improve the clearance rate of metastatic lymph nodes during the reoperation,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
