摘　　要：以医案类中医古籍为研究对象,探索医案古籍的知识组织方法,通过对医案古籍中所蕴含知识信息的解析、重组和规范,尤其对中医古籍后控词表的完善和应用,设计并构建医案古籍知识库,并将各类医案古籍知识内容进行全面、准确、系统地表达与显示,以满足不同用户对医案古籍知识不同层面的需求,实现医案古籍的知识化检索与服务;同时对目前知识库构建中遇到的术语规范与标准化程度、机器学习的可靠性与可行性等突出问题进行探讨。Ancient TCM books on medical records were chosen as the object of study, knowledge organization method of ancient books on medical records were explored, by analyzing, recombining and regulating the knowledge and information contained in ancient books on medical records, especially the improvement and application of post controlled vocabulary of ancient books, knowledge base of ancient books on medical records were designed and constructed, the knowledge of ancient books on medical records were completely, accurately and systematically expressed and displayed to meet different users′ demands on the knowledge of ancient books on medical records at different levels, realize knowledge retrieval and service of ancient books on medical records;simultaneously, the prominent problems including terms regulation and standardized degree, the reliability and feasibility of machine learning in the current construction of knowledge base were discussed.
