小型传统制造企业转型发展财务困境探究

摘　　要：制造业跟随工业化进程不断发展,是国家的支柱产业之一,在促进新技术应用、丰富产品、转移农村劳动力、提高居民生活水平、增强国防、提高国家综合竞争力等方面发挥了巨大的作用。然而,随着人工智能的深入发展、国家的产业布局调整,小型传统制造企业面临着转型发展的困境,尤其是转型发展中的财务困境尤为突出。本文通过样本小型传统制造企业在转型发展中面临的财务困境,分析其产生的原因、引入多种识别财务困境的方法,提出解决财务困境的对策,促进小型传统制造企业成功转型发展。With the continuous development of industrialization,manufacturing industry is one of the pillar industries of the country.It plays a great role in promoting the application of new technologies,enriching products,transferring rural labor force,improving the living standards of residents,strengthening national defense and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the country.However,with the in-depth development of artificial intelligence and the adjustment of national industrial layout,small traditional manufacturing enterprises are facing the plight of transformation and development,especially the financial plight.Through the sample of small traditional manufacturing enterprises in the transformation and development of the financial difficulties faced,the paper analyzes the causes,introduces a variety of methods to identify financial difficulties,and proposes solutions to financial difficulties in order to promote the successful transformation and development of small traditional manufacturing enterprises.
