摘　　要：通过文献分析,探讨温阳散寒法治疗恶性肿瘤的理论渊源及临床应用。认为恶性肿瘤是整体属虚、局部属实的疾病,阳化气不足,阴成形太过,阳虚寒凝是恶性肿瘤形成的重要病机。临床应重视温阳法在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用,从而提高治疗效果。Through analysis of literatures,to approach the theoretical origin and clinical application of warming yang to expel coldness method for treating malignant tumor.Malignant tumor is considered as a disease of whole deficiency and local excess.The important pathogenesis of malignant tumor formation is yang insufficiently transforming qi,yin excessively forming structure and yang-deficiency with cold-coagulation.In the treatment of malignant tumor,it should clinically attach importance to application of warming yang method,so as to improve the therapeutic effect.
