熄风填髓方脐灸配合西药治疗帕金森病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察熄风填髓方脐灸治疗帕金森病临床疗效。方法:将60例帕金森病患者随机分为两组各30例,两组同时予常规西药治疗,治疗组加用神阙穴隔药灸,共治疗4周,进行帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)评分。分别评估精神(UPDRS-Ⅰ)、生活能力(UPDRS-Ⅱ)、运动功能(UPDRS-Ⅲ)、并发症(UPDRS-Ⅳ),以及生活质量量表(PDQ),从而得出熄风填髓方脐灸的临床特点。结果:治疗后治疗组和对照组均有效(P﹤0.05);两组比较,治疗组在总体症状改善上明显优于对照组(t=-2.075,P﹤0.05);疗效优势主要集中在运动功能改善(t=-2.171,P﹤0.05)和精神症状改善(t=-2.075,P=0.042﹤0.05)。结论:运用熄风填髓方脐灸可以提高帕金森药物治疗效果,并且无不良作用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of umbilical moxibustion of Xifeng Tiansui recipe on Parkinson's disease and the characteristics of umbilical moxibustion of Xifeng Tiansui recipe.Methods:60 cases of patients with Parkinson's disease were randomly divided into treatment groups and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated simultaneously with conventional western medicine for Parkinson's disease.At the same time,the treatment group was treated plus with herbs-partition moxibusition at Shenque acupoint.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)was scored.Mentation(UPDRS-Ⅰ),life ability(UPDRS-Ⅱ),motor function(UPDRS-Ⅲ),complications(UPDRS-Ⅳ)and quality of life scale(PDQ)were evaluated espectively,so as to obtain the clinical characteristics of umbilical moxibustion of Xifeng Tiansui recipe.Results:Before treatment,the patients in two groups had no significant differences in age,course of disease and pathogenetic condition,and they were with comparability(P﹥0.05).Compared within the group after treatment,umbilical moxibustion group and simple western medicine group both had effect(P﹤0.05).Compared between two groups after treatment,umbilical moxibustion group was significantly better than control group in the improvement of general symptom(t=-2.075,P=0.042﹤0.05),and the efficacy advantage was mainly focused on improvement of motion function(t=-2.171,P=0.034﹤0.05)and improvement of mental symptom(t=-2.075,P=0.042﹤0.05).Conclusion:Umbilical moxibustion of Xifeng Tiansui recipe can enhance the effect of western medicine on Parkinson's disease,and without adverse effects.
