锋勾针结合中药外敷治疗中风后肩痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察锋勾针结合中药外敷治疗中风后肩痛的临床疗效。方法:抽取60例中风后肩痛的患者,按1∶1的比例随机分为两组,最终完成57例,脱落3例。28例对照组患者予中风后西医基础治疗及康复训练,29例治疗组患者在对照组基础上行锋勾针结合中药外敷,疗程3周,比较两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评定量表评分(FMA)∶改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分的变化情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.6%、75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组治疗后VAS、FMA及MBI评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组间治疗后VAS、FMA及MBI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:锋勾针结合中药外敷可显著减轻患肩疼痛,改善患者上肢功能,提高日常生活能力。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sharp-hooked needling and external application of Chinese medical herbs on poststroke shoulder pain.Methods:60 cases of selected patients with poststroke shoulder pain were randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1∶1.57 cases were completed and 3 cases were lost.28 cases of control group received the basic treatment and rehabilitation training of western medicine after stroke.On the basis of control group,29 cases of treatment group were treated by sharp-hooked needling and external application of Chinese medical herbs.The total effective rate of each group after treatment and the changes of pain visual analogue score(VAS),Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function scale score(FMA)and modified Barthel index(MBI)score in two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 96.5%and 75%respectively,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Compared the scores of VAS,FMA and MBI of two groups after treatment with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Compared the scores of VAS,FMA and MBI after treatment between two groups,the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Sharp-hooked needling and external application of Chinese medical herbs can obviously relieve shoulder pain of patients,improve upper limb function of patients and enhance daily living ability of patients.
