摘  要:针对复杂曲面离线检测耗时、误差大的问题,文章将原检测技术与CAD软件进行集成,设计一种“加工-检测”一体化的数控机床在线检测系统。首先,结合原检测技术原理,基于CAD计算机辅助技术的应用优势,利用UG8.0、Microsoft VC++开发工具搭建系统框架,设定各模块功能,并根据网格顶点曲率变化进行检测点的自适应规划,运用宏程序参数化编程优势生成检测程序;最后,经过实验分析,验证了系统应用可行性和检测精度性。Aiming at the problem of time-consuming and large error in off-line detection of complex surface,this paper integrates the original detection technology with CAD software,and designs an on-line detection system of NC machine tools which integrates processing and detection.Firstly,according to the principle of the original detection technology and the application advantages of CAD-based computer-aided technology,the system framework is built by using UG8.0 and Microsoft VC++development tools,the functions of each module are set up,and the self-adaptive planning of the detection points is carried out according to the curvature change of the vertex of the grid,and the detection program is generated by using the parametric programming advantages of macro-program.Finally,through experimental analysis,the feasibility and accuracy of the system are verified.
