摘 要:"金课"是能培养学生高级思维及解决复杂问题能力的高质量课程。目前本科免疫学课程多为传统课堂,学生学习较为被动;慕课虽可提升学习自由度,但缺乏充分的师生互动。基于成果导向教育理念,二者相结合的混合式教学模式可培养学生的知识运用及创新思维能力,是本科专业"金课"建设的有效途径。本文以生物学专业课《免疫学》为例,探讨了将混合式教学应用于金课建设的具体实施策略,为深入开展免疫学教学改革提供借鉴。"Gold Courses" are high-quality courses which could develop students′ ability of solving complex problems and advanced thinking.At present,the traditional Lecture Based Learning method are using by most of the undergraduate immunology courses,in which students learn passively.In MOOCs,although students can learn knowledge freely,interaction between teachers and students is insufficient.Guided by the concept of Outcome-Based Education,the mixed-teaching mode could combine MOOCs and traditional courses together.Because students′ ability of knowledge application and creative thinking could be well developed in the mixed-teaching classes,the mixed-teaching mode could be an effective way to construct the "golden courses".Taking Immunology as an example,the present paper put forward detailed implementation plan to apply mixed teaching method to construction of golden course,which might provide a reference for improvement of immunology teaching reform.
