摘　　要：With the advent of the era of information sharing,international medical exchanges are increasingly frequent.Medical researchers in various regions are increasingly eager for medical knowledge and are able to search and source date worldwide.A large number of medical journals have emerged,but most of them focus on the bio-science direction of medicine.However,medicine is a life science,which is not only a natural science but also includes social science.There is an increasing demand for communication on medical history and philosophy,but so far it is difficult to find a professional platform for mutual discourse and academic sharing.
