摘  要:针对小型汽油机在中低速下存在严重的进气反喷问题,在模态和谐响应分析的基础上,根据所得到的簧片固有振动特性和位移响应,设计了一款具有单向导通功能的簧片阀。为了全面分析该阀对发动机燃油经济性和动力性能的影响,对装阀前后发动机进行了负荷特性和外特性试验研究,试验结果表明单向阀在发动机中低速时能有效阻止进气反喷,节油效果显著。尽管在高速时降低了发动机的动力性,但考虑日常摩托车通常运行于中低速工况以及后续将对单向阀内部流道结构优化研究,综合评估表明:所设计的单向阀结构简单,成本低,不需对发动机结构进行改造,因而是提高小排量发动机燃油经济性的一种相对可行方案。To solve the serious problem of reflux of mixed fuel and air in small gasoline engine at low and medium speeds,a reed valve with single-directional function is designed according to the natural vibration characteristics and displacement response of the reed which are analyzed by modal and harmonic response simulation.In order to comprehensively analyze the impact of the valve on the fuel economy and power performance of the engine,the experimental studies on the load characteristics and external characteristics of the engine with and without valve are carried out.The test results show that the valve can effectively prevent reflux of mixed fuel and air in the engine at low and medium speeds,and fuel saving effect is remarkable.Although the power performance of the engine with valve is reduced at high speed,the comprehensive evaluation shows that the designed valve is simple in structure,low in cost and that it does not need to transform the engine structure.Considering that the motorcycles usually operate at low and medium speeds and that subsequent optimization studies will be conducted on the internal flow passage structure of the valve,the valve is a relatively feasible method to improve the fuel economy for small displacement engine.
