摘 要:选取国家民委直属民族高校的领导班子为研究对象,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的分析方法,分别从年龄、性别、民族、学历和学科五个方面对领导班子结构现状进行了分析,调查发现目前民族高校领导班子在年龄结构、性别结构和学科结构上存在较为突出的问题。在结合民族高校具体实际的基础上,提出以下优化领导班子结构的对策建议:优化老中青三代领导者比例,形成合理的梯次年龄结构;适当提高女性领导者比重,形成动态合理的性别结构;培养选拔少数民族领导者,充分发挥少数民族优势;优化领导队伍的学历构成,注重人才的全方位考核;合理配备不同专业背景领导者,形成优势互补的学科结构。This paper selects the leading group of ethnic universities directly under the State Ethnic Affairs Commission as the research object,and adopts the research method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to analyze the current situation of the leading group structure from five aspects:age,gender,nationality,educational background and discipline.It points out that there exists prominent problems in the age structure,gender structure and discipline structure.Based on the actual situation of ethnic universities,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize the structure of leading groups:optimizing the proportion of senior,middle-aged and young leaders to form a reasonable age structure;properly increasing the proportion of female leaders to form a dynamic and rational gender structure;training and selecting minority leaders to give full play to minority advantages;optimizing the educational background composition of the leading team and paying attention to the all-round assessment of talents;rationally equipping leaders with different professional backgrounds to form a complementary disciplinary structure.
