摘　　要：通过对有关文献的系统梳理与归纳分析,将国内目前关于图书馆职业的研究内容分为图书馆员职业道德及其拓展、图书馆员职业能力与胜任力、图书馆员职业素养与素质、图书馆员职业生涯发展、图书馆员职业倦怠、图书馆员职业资格、图书馆员职业培训与继续教育、图书馆职业化与去职业化八个方面。在研究内容上,主题分布较为零散,现象描述较为普遍;在研究实践上,缺乏生动的图书馆职业活动实践;在研究方法上,思辨性理论探讨较多,实证类调查研究偏少。针对现有研究的不足,建立了一个整合分析框架,提出未来研究的五大趋向:图书馆人力资源职业化管理体系、图书馆职业生态的综合评估、图书馆员职业发展支持体系、图书馆职业体系与教育体系的有效对接、图书馆职业标准与规范体系。以期为我国图书馆职业发展提供思路借鉴。Systematically reviewing the existing achievements and experiences could effectively promote the process of Chinese library profession.This review firstly explains methodology of the research and then analyzes and interprets the research as following eight parts:the professional ethics of librarians and beyond;the professional ability and competencies of librarians;professional quality of librarians;librarians’career development;librarians’job burnout;vocational qualification of librarians;professional training and continuing education of librarians;and professionalization and deprofessionalization of library work.In terms of the topics of the research,the distribution of the themes is disordered while the phenomenal description is common.In terms of the practices of the research,there is a lack of vivid practice of library professional activities.In terms of the methods of the research,there is too much speculative discussion while less empirical research.In view of the limitations and shortcomings of existing research literatures,this paper establishes an integrated analysis framework.In addition,it dwells on the five research directions,namely professional management system of library human resources,comprehensive evaluation of library professional ecology,the support system for librarians’career development,effective connection of library profession system and education system,and professional standard system of library work.The output of this paper could be a valuable reference for researchers and practitioners interesting in library profession.
