摘　　要：[目的]了解四川地区肿瘤科护士照顾临终病人的态度及其影响因素,为制订临终关怀教育计划提供依据。[方法]采用便利抽样方法,抽取四川地区肿瘤专科医院及综合医院肿瘤科护士384名,应用一般资料调查表、照顾临终病人态度量表和死亡态度描绘量表修订版对其进行调查。[结果]四川地区肿瘤科护士照顾临终病人态度总分为(102.77±9.72)分,条目均分为(3.43±0.32)分,照顾临终病人态度均分为(3.06±0.46)分,以病人及其家属为中心的照护意识均分为(3.85±0.37)分。学历、职称、工龄、健康状况、死亡逃避、自然接受死亡是肿瘤科护士照顾临终病人态度的影响因素。[结论]肿瘤科护士对照顾临终病人态度较积极,主要影响因素是学历、职称、工龄、健康状况和个人死亡态度。Objective:To investigate the status and influencing factors of caring attitude toward the dying patients among oncology nurses in Sichuan,so as to provide a reference for developing a hospice education program.Methods:A total of 384 oncology nurses in western China were recruited and investigated by using a demographic questionnaire.Frommelt Attitude toward Care of the Dying(FATCOD),and Chinese Version of Death Attitude Profile-Revised(DAP-R).Results:The total score of attitude toward caring for dying patients was 102.77±9.72 among nurses in the Sichuan area.The average score of items was 3.43±0.32.The dimension score of positive caring attitude toward dying patients was 3.06±0.46.The dimension score of patients and their families-centered care awareness was 3.85±0.37.Education degree,professional title,work age,mental and physical health condition,death avoidance and acceptance of death were the main influencing factors of the attitude toward caring for dying patients among oncology nurses.Conclusions:Oncology nurses have showed positive attitude toward caring for dying patients.And the main influencing factors have included education degree,professional title,work age,mental and physical health condition and personal attitude toward death.
