摘  要:在新建本科院校整体转型发展中,学科与专业建设是不能回避的重要问题,也是关系到能否真正实现其整体转型发展的关键。由于新建本科院校存在办学时间较短、办学积累较少、师资和办学条件相对薄弱等原因,如何在培养应用型人才的过程中,处理好学科与专业建设的关系是新建本科院校普遍面临的难题。文章根据学科与专业的基本理论,分析了两者的联系和差异,梳理了加强学科与专业建设的必然性,讨论了新建本科院校整体转型发展过程中,学科建设与专业建设实践层面应注意的问题。The construction of disciplines and majors is an important issue that cannot be avoided,and it is also the key to realizing the overall transformation and development of newly-built universities.Due to the problems of the short running time,low running level,the relatively weak teaching staffs and running conditions of newly-built universities,how to deal with the relationship between discipline and major construction in the process of cultivating applied talents is a common problem faced by newly-built colleges and universities.According to the basic theory of discipline and major,the connection and difference between the construction of disciplines and majors were analyzed,the necessity of strengthening the construction of disciplines and majors was explored,and the problems that should be paid attention to in the practice of discipline construction and major construction in the process of the overall transformation and development in newly-built universities were discussed.
