摘  要:针对工厂中现有的咸鸭蛋快速腌制装置温度波动大的问题,制定了温度控制系统的改造方案;以咸鸭蛋快速腌制装置中的电加热锅炉为研究对象,首先建立了电加热锅炉的数学模型,利用MATLAB/SIMULINK工具箱,分别设计了传统PID控制方案和模糊PID控制方案,然后运用PLC控制器,针对2种控制方案编写PLC控制程序,通过上位机软件WINCC设计监控界面,对咸鸭蛋快速腌制箱中的温度进行在线采集。实际应用表明,在咸鸭蛋快速腌制温度控制系统中运用模糊PID控制器缩短了温度的调节时间,减缓了咸鸭蛋快速腌制箱中腌制液温度的震荡,降低了超调量,温度的稳态误差为±1.3%,有利于降低咸鸭蛋快速腌制过程中温度波动的影响。Aiming at the problem of large temperature fluctuation of the quick-pickling device for salted duck eggs in the factory,a modification plan was proposed for the temperature control system.The electric heating boiler was taken as a research object in the quick pickling device for salty duck eggs,and firstly the mathematical model was established for electric heating boilers.Then the traditional PID(Proportional Integral Differentiation)control scheme and fuzzy PID control scheme were designed respectively by MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation toolbox.Using the PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)controller to write PLC control program for the two control schemes and using the PC software WINCC(Windows Control Center)to acquire temperature in the quick-pickling box for salted duck eggs.The practical application shows that the use of fuzzy PID controller shorten the temperature adjustment time in temperature control system of quick pickling salted duck eggs,slows down the temperature oscillation and reduces the temperature overshoot in the rapid pickling box of salted duck eggs.The steady-state error of the temperature is±1.3%.It is beneficial to reduce the influence of temperature fluctuation during the rapid pickling process of salted duck eggs.
