摘 要:针对目前高职院校专业建设存在的瓶颈,结合《教育部办公厅关于建立职业院校教学工作诊断与改进制度的通知》精神,以汽车智能技术专业建设为案例,以学生学习成果产出为导向,设计具有本地特色、运作性强、可测精确度高的专业诊断评价模型。依据专业发展过程状态数据,采用分层分析法,从保障度、显示度、适应度、质量度、产教融合度、贡献度六维度构建专业评价模型,构建专业评价的层次结构模型和三级评价指标体系,确保专业建设质量评价的科学、规范、有效。Directing at the bottleneck existing in specialties construction in higher vocational colleges,combining the spirits of Notification of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on the Establishment of a System for Diagnosis and Improvement of Teaching Work in Vocational Colleges, takingthe analysis on the construction of the specialty of automobile intelligent technology as an example and being oriented in the output of study achievements of the students, this article has designed a professional diagnosis and assessment model that is provided with local characteristics, strong performability and high measurability;based on the data of development process status of the specialties, it has adopted layered analytical method to construct the professional assessment model on the six dimensions of"assurance, display, adaptivity, quality, productioneducation integration, and contribution", designed One Stage indicators relating to"conditions, process and result", constructed a hierarchical structural model and a Three Stages Assessment Indicators System for assessment of the specialties, thus to ensure that the assessment of quality of specialties construction is scientific, normalized and effective.
