摘　　要：目的:探讨层级分工联合标配定位法在急诊科急危重症患者日间抢救护理中的应用效果。方法:将2018年1月1日~8月31日急诊科接受抢救的110例患者作为对照组,采用常规急救护理措施;将2018年9月1日~2019年4月31日急诊科接受抢救的110例患者作为观察组,将层级分工联合标配定位法应用于急诊科急危重症患者日间抢救护理实践中。比较两组患者抢救成功率、抢救护理服务满意度评分。结果:观察组总抢救成功率为94.55%,高于对照组的84.55%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抢救护理服务各维度满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将层级分工联合标配定位法应用于急诊科急危重症患者日间抢救护理实践中,能够显著提高患者的抢救成功率和抢救护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of hierarchical division of labor combined with standard positioning method in day rescue and nursing of critically ill patients in emergency department.Methods:A total of 110 patients in emergency department from January 1 to August 31,2018 were treated as the control group.A total of 110 patients rescued in the emergency department from September 1,2018 to April 31,2019 were selected as the observation group,and the hierarchical division of labor combined with standard positioning method was applied in the daytime rescue and nursing practice of critically ill patients in the emergency department.The rescue success rate and rescue nursing service satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total rescue success rate in the observation group was 94.55%,which was higher than 84.55% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of all dimensions of rescue and nursing services in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the hierarchical division of labor combined with standard positioning method to the day rescue and nursing practice of critically ill patients in the emergency department can significantly improve the success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction of patients.
