根尖周炎患者拔牙同期种植牙治疗的疗效及预后分析

摘　　要：目的探讨根尖周炎患者拔牙同期种植牙治疗的疗效及预后。方法选择本院收治的根尖周炎患者92例作为研究资料,均需拔牙后种植牙治疗,依据治疗方案分组各46例,对照组为拔牙后延延期种植牙治疗,观察组为拔牙同期种植牙治疗,统计两组种植成功率,治疗有效率及种植体效果。结果观察组治疗成功率57.38%及治疗有效率93.44%均显著高于对照组36.92%、76.92%,P<0.05;观察组种植体直径及长度均显著高于对照组,骨吸收则显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论针对需拔牙后种植牙治疗的根尖周炎患者可采用同期治疗方案,与延期治疗相比,缩短治疗时间,利于进一步提高种植成功率,促使咀嚼功能恢复正常,且利于种植稳定性,骨吸收较少,预后较好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect and prognosis of simultaneous dental implantation in patients with periapical periodontitis.Methods Ninety-two patients with periapical periodontitis admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research data.Allpatients needed dental implant treatment after extraction.According to the treatment plan,46 patients were divided into two groups.the control group received delayed dental implant treatment after extraction,while the observation group received dental implant treatment at the same time.the success rate,treatment efficiency and implant effect of the two groups were counted.Results The success rate and effective rate of the observation group were 57.38%and 93.44% higher than those of the control group was36.92% and 76.92%,P <0.05;the diameter and length of the implants in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while bone resorption was significantly lower than that in the control group,P <0.05.Conclusion Simultaneous treatment can beused for periapical periodontitis patients who need dental implantation after extraction.Compared with delayed treatment,shortening the treatment time can further improve the success rate of implantation,promote the restoration of masticatory function,and is conducive to implant stability,less bone resorption and better prognosis.It is worth promoting.
