摘　　要：以黑龙江省地方本科高校精品慕课为考察对象,从学校、教师、学生三个层面,以问卷调查、访谈调查、文献调查三种方法进行调查,了解本科院校精品慕课资源共建共享现状,并从强化意识、加大对精品课宣传力度、简化登录手续、建立有效机制等方面探讨研究解决的对策,以期为政府的决策提供理论与实践的依据。Taking the excellent MOOC courses of local universities in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,this paper conducted the survey from three aspects,which are school,teacher and student through questionnaire,interview and literature.Meanwhile,in order to provide the theoretical and practical basis for the government's decision-making,we discussed and studied countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening self-consciousness,increase publicity efforts,simplifying login procedures,and establishing effective mechanisms.etc.
