摘　　要：企业伦理文化作为现代企业管理领域的重要构成要素,已然成为构建企业综合战略体系中的核心内容之一。墨学思想作为我国传统文化的瑰宝,蕴含着丰富的管理思想,对建构我国当下的企业伦理文化具有非常积极的借鉴意义。As an important factor in the field of modern enterprise management,the corporate ethics culture has become one of the core contents in the enterprise comprehensive strategy’s system.As our homeland’s traditional treasure,Mohism ethics has abundant theories of management,which has very positive significance in the field of building our country’modern Corporate ethics culture.
