摘 要:为进一步推进高校治理的现代化,各高校陆续加大了对教育信息化方面的投入。但是,当前高校信息化建设出现了IT投资“黑洞”和“信息化投资悖论”等现象。为了能够降低高校信息化建设的风险,有效整合IT资源,实现IT投资回报,从IT治理角度,对国内外IT治理的研究成果进行分析,融合控制型和引导型IT治理的思路,从制度层面、组织层面和控制层面三个维度构建了高校信息化绩效影响因素模型和测量量表,通过对采集的数据进行分析,实证研究高校信息化绩效的影响因素。In order to further promote the modernization of university governance,colleges and universities have increased their investment in education informatization construction.However,the current IT informatization construction has seen the phenomenon of"black hole"and"information investment paradox"of IT investment.In order to reduce the risk of information construction in colleges and universities,effectively integrate IT resources,and realize the return on IT investment,this paper analyzes the research results of IT governance at home and abroad from the perspective of IT governance,and integrates the ideas of controlled and guided IT governance.The three dimensions of level,organization level and control level are used to construct the influencing factors model and measurement scale of college informationization performance.Through the analysis of the collected data,the influencing factors of college informationization performance are empirically studied.
