循证支持下针对性护理在心脏介入治疗患者中的实践

摘　　要：目的评价循证支持下针对性护理用于心脏介入治疗中的效果。方法择期选取医院收治的90例心脏介入治疗患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用循证支持下针对护理,评价不同护理应用效果。结果观察组的SF-36各项指标评分、GCQ评分均高于对照组,术后并发症少于对照组,术前SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证支持下针对性护理干预用于心脏介入治疗,可促手术顺利进行,改善患者不良情绪,促患者病情早日康复,应用价值显著。Objective To evaluate the effect of targeted nursing in patients undergoing cardiac intervention with evidence-based support.Methods 90 patients undergoing cardiac intervention who were admitted and treated in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given targeted nursing with evidence-based support.Applications effects of different nursing were evaluated.Results The SF-36 index scores and GCQ scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The postoperative complications were less than the control group and the preoperative SAS score was lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based targeted nursing intervention for cardiac interventional therapy can promote the smooth operation,improve bad moods of patients and promote the early recovery of patients.The application value is significant.
