摘 要:目的探讨护理本科生临床实习期间情绪智力水平及其与临床护理能力的相关性。方法随机选取2015年10月~2016年12月在本院实习的本科护生200例为本次研究对象。随机分为对照组、干预组,每组100例。两组均在实习完成时进行各问卷调查。实习期间给予对照组常规课程与技能的培训。干预组在此基础上进行团体心理辅导。问卷调查包括:情绪智力量表、胜任力量表、人文关怀能力量表、沟通能力评分量表。结果干预组实习期间情绪智力量表各维度评分、胜任力量表各维度评分、人文关怀能力各维度评分、护患沟通能力各维度评分以及各量表的总平均分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本科实习护生的情绪智力评分与胜任力评分、人文关怀能力、护患沟通能力评分均呈显著正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过提高实习护生的情绪智力水平,能够提高其胜任能力、人文关怀能力、护患沟通能力。Objective To explore the correlation between emotional intelligence and clinical nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students during clinical practice.Methods 200 undergraduate nursing students who interned in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 100 cases in each group.Questionnaire surveys were conducted in both groups after the completion of the internship.During the internship,the control group was given regular courses and skills training.The intervention group was given group counseling on this basis.The questionnaire included emotional intelligence scale,competency scale,humanistic care ability scale,communication ability scale.Results During the internship,the scores of each dimension of emotional intelligence scale,competency scale,humanistic care ability,nurse-patient communication ability and total mean score of each scale in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emotional intelligence scores of undergraduate nursing students were significantly positively correlated with competency scores,human care ability and nurse-patient communication ability scores.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improving the emotional intelligence level of nursing students can improve their competence,humanistic care ability and nurse-patient communication ability.
