摘  要:针对甘蔗收获机械恶劣的作业工作环境,提出一种机械式转速检测及跟踪调节装置,用于对作业机构转速的检测及反馈。介绍机械式转速跟踪装置的工作原理,运用ADAMS对该机械进行仿真分析,并搭建试验平台进行试验验证。结果表明:机械式转速跟踪器的输出转速等于目标转速与跟踪转速之差的一半,与理论分析结论一致。基于机械式转速跟踪器的转速输出特性,构建甘蔗收获机械作业机构的机电液速度闭环控制系统,建立该系统的动力学仿真模型,应用MATLAB分析系统的稳定性和动态响应特性。仿真结果表明:机械式转速跟踪器能够满足甘蔗收获机械各子系统间转速的协调联动控制要求。Aiming at the poor working environment of sugarcane harvesting machinery,a mechanical speed detecting and tracking adjust-ment device was proposed to detect and feedback the rotational speed of the operating mechanism.The working principle of the mechanical speed tracking device was introduced,the mechanism was simulated and analyzed with ADAMS,and a test platform was built for test and veri-fication.The results show that the output speed of the mechanical speed tracker is equal to half of the difference between the target speed and the tracking speed,which is consistent with the conclusion of theoretical analysis.The mechanical-electrical-hydraulic speed closed-loop control system of the sugarcane harvesting machinery was constructed,based on the rotational speed output characteristics of the mechanical speed tracker.The dynamic simulation model of the control system was established,and the stability and dynamic response characteristics were ana-lyzed with MATLAB.The simulation results show that the mechanical speed tracker can meet the requirements of coordinated linkage control a-mong the subsystems of sugarcane harvesting machinery.
