摘 要:研究等速设备系统刚度与其等速性能的关系,通过建立等速设备的Simulink仿真模型,比较了不同系统刚度的等速设备在受到不同形式力时的等速性能差异,同时运用实验台进行对照试验。研究结果表明:系统刚度为200 N·m/rad的等速设备的等速性能最佳,此刚度等速设备的加减速阶段平稳、输出速度响应快、最大超调量小,同时输出速度的稳定性好、抗干扰能力强。The relationship between the rigidity of the isokinetic equipment and its isokinetic performance was studied.By establishing the Simulink simulation model of isokinetic equipment,the difference of isokinetic performance of the isokinetic equipment with different rigidity in different forms of force was compared,and the check test was carried out by using experimental platform.The research results show that the iso-kinetic performance of the system with the rigidity of 200 N·m/rad is the best.The acceleration and deceleration stage of the rigidity isokinetic equipment is stable,the output speed response is fast,the maximum overshoot is small,simultaneously,the stability of the output speed is good,the anti-interference ability is strong.
