摘 要:齿轮在现代传动领域非常重要,如何提高齿面的性能成为研究热点。从齿面渐开线理论出发,结合三次B样条小波多分辨率分析理论,以渐开线齿轮齿面的构造为载体,运用MATLAB软件得到齿面离散数据,结合其齿面的三次B样条小波矩阵对其进行高频滤波处理;对处理前、后的数据利用三维建模软件分别进行精确建模。为了对比分析齿面的性能,分别对两组啮合齿轮运用ABAQUS软件与ADAMS软件进行齿面接触受力与振动分析。结果表明:三次B样条小波可以提高齿面的光顺性,减少齿面接触应力与振动,改善齿轮的传动性能。In view of the importance of gear in the field of modern transmission,how to improve the performance of tooth surface has be-come a research hotspot.Based on the theory of tooth surface involute,combining the theory of cubic B-spline wavelet multi-resolution analysis,with the structure of involute gear tooth surface as the carrier,the discrete data of the tooth surface were obtained by using MATLAB software,and the high frequency filter processing was done by combining the cubic B-spline wavelet matrix of the involute gear tooth surface.In order to compare and analyze the performance of tooth surface,the contact force and vibration of the tooth surface of the two groups of meshing gears were analyzed by using ABAQUS software and ADAMS software respectively.The results show that cubic B-spline wavelet can be used to improve the smoothness of tooth surface,to reduce the contact stress and vibration of tooth surface,and to improve the transmission performance of gear.
