摘  要:无电解电容和电感的永磁同步电机驱动系统中,电机侧的谐波会影响到前端输入侧。为了解决这个问题,提出了一种新型功率因数校正方法,以改善输入基频电流响应并减少输入电流谐波。电机转矩控制基于输入功率和电机转矩之间的关系设计,其可实现系统高功率因数运行。快速电压前馈控制改善了逆变器的输出功率响应,其基于直流链路平均电流控制逆变器输出功率,进而降低了输入电流谐波。最后通过试验验证了新型控制方案的有效性。In a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)driving system without electrolytic capacitor and inductor,the harmonics on the motor side will affect the front-end input side. In order to solve this problem,a new power factor correction method was proposed to improve the input fundamental frequency current response and reduce input current harmonics. The motor torque control was designed based on the relationship between the input power and the motor torque,which could achieve high power factor operation of the system. The output power response of the inverter was improved in the fast voltage feed-forward control in which the inverter output power was controlled based on the DC link average current,thereby the input current harmonics were reduced. Finally,the effectiveness of the new scheme is verified by experiments.
