摘　　要：目的探讨硅酮凝胶联合钛镍记忆合金组织吻合器在剖宫产皮肤瘢痕的临床美容效果。方法选择2015年12月至2018年7月在我院行剖宫产术的患者86例,随机分为两组(研究组与对照组)各43例。对照组用强生3-0快薇乔可吸收缝线连续皮内缝合手术切口皮肤。研究组采用钛镍记忆合金组织吻合器连续皮内缝合皮肤,拆线后给予硅酮凝胶局部治疗。对比治疗前后VSS评分、临床美容效果、并发症。结果治疗前,两组患者VSS评分无差异(P>0.05)。治疗3个月、6个月后,研究组VSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症如:色素沉着、瘢痕增生、凹陷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合治疗对剖宫产女性瘢痕改善有积极作用,有害反应轻,创伤小且不会影响患者皮肤美感,可在临床治疗中应用。Objective To explore the clinical cosmetic effect of silicone gel combined with Ti Ni memory alloy tissue stapler in skin scar of cesarean section. Methods 86 patients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from December 2015 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups(study group and control group) of 43 cases each. In the control group, the incision skin was sutured continuously by the absorbable suture of Johnson 3-0 fast Vicia. In the study group, titanium nickel memory alloy tissue anastomosis was used to suture the skin continuously. Before and after treatment, VSS score, clinical cosmetic effect and adverse reactions were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no difference in VSS between the two groups(P > 0.05). After 3 and 6 months of treatment, the VSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined therapy has positive effect on the improvement of scar in women undergoing cesarean section, with less harmful reaction, less trauma and no influence on skin aesthetic feeling. It can be used in clinical treatment.
